Apple App Store: We do not currently distribute an iOS build of proAmazingSpider on the App Store. If that changes, we will update this policy and the website accordingly.

This Privacy Policy applies to proAmazingSpider (Google Play application ID com.Mamre.proAmazingSpider) (the "App") and the online game service the App uses (our backend API and servers). The App is a Spider Solitaire game published on Google Play by SuperAce (the developer name shown in the Play Store). SuperAce ("we", "our", or "us") explains how we handle information when you use the App and that service.

When you play using online mode, the App sends requests to our servers. We process information as follows:

• Technical and connection data. We may process your IP address, the date and time of each request, the HTTP method and API path, HTTP response status, and a unique request identifier we assign to individual requests.
• Session identifier. The App sends a session identifier (for example in the X-Session-ID header or a session_id query parameter) so we can load and save the correct game. This identifier is randomly generated; it is not your name, email, or Google account ID.
• Game state. We store your in-progress game on our servers (for example card layout, moves, difficulty, and related gameplay data) so the game can continue across requests. This is linked to your session identifier.
• Server logs. We keep logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Logs include the technical data above. When diagnostic logging is enabled on our systems, logs may also contain detailed snapshots of game state and operations to help us debug issues.

We use this information only to provide and operate the game, maintain your session, protect the service (including detecting abuse), and diagnose technical problems.

We do not require you to create an account in the App. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts through the App for registration or a user profile. (If you email us voluntarily, we receive whatever you include in your message.)

Retention. Session and saved game data on our servers are removed after a period of inactivity. Our current default is approximately one hour after the last activity for that session, after which associated session files are deleted. Logs are kept for a limited operational period and rotated or deleted according to our server configuration.

The App uses your device's internet connection to communicate with our API. Data is sent over the network between your device and our servers. You should configure the App to use the secure (HTTPS) endpoint we provide so traffic is encrypted in transit.

The game itself does not integrate in-app analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting products, social network sign-in, or Google Play Games Services.

The App is distributed through Google Play; Google may collect and process information in accordance with Google's own policies. We may use hosting or cloud infrastructure providers to run our servers; they process data on our behalf only as needed to provide that infrastructure.

The App does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect or store traditional account credentials (username/password) for the game.

The App is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal identifiers such as name or contact details for use of the game. Technical and session data may be processed as described in Section 1 when the App is used. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, contact us using the details below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the App after changes may constitute your acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing of personal data. To ask a question or make a request, contact us using the information in Section 9. Much of the data we hold is tied to your session and is deleted automatically after inactivity as described in Section 1.
